 What is that an Assistance to owner ?

When the Building Owner does not have the experiment trade necessary to the piloting of the project, it can call upon a control of work delegated, whose project management is the trade. One speaks thus about Assistance to owner (noted AMO).

The Assistance to owner is charged to make the interface between the speakers and the Owner Building in order to help this last to define its needs clearly and to check near the speakers if the objective is technically realizable.

The Assistance to owner is not substituted therefore for the Control of Work and thus does not have a direct responsibility with the contractors.

Under these conditions, ADT + does not carry out a preliminary study and does not write contractual parts, however ADT + guide the contractors in the wishes of the Building Owner (the customer).
